Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging HR The Paki Way's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

HR The Paki Way provides HR consulting, recruitment, payroll management, training, and related services as outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, employee data, and proprietary processes shared during the engagement.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract a 2% monthly surcharge.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from HR decisions made by your organisation.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in Karachi courts.
